Q: What is the advantage of using text messaging?
A: Texting is less intrusive then a phone call, and is nearly instantaneous in delivery. Text messages can be delivered when people are away from their desks, and at a time that is most appropriate to send them. Studies show that 95% of all text messages are read.

Can I run a trial campaign with a small budget to start?

A: No! MULA Media enables you to work on a monthly campaign, and even then, you will be able to select the days on which you prefer to send your ads.

Can my customers' handsets receive text messages?
A: Almost every cell phone since 2000 is equipped to send and receive cell phone messages. Nearly all cell phone carriers offer text message service.

How many characters may I include in a text message?
A: Character limitation varies according to campaign language, scope and other parameters such as concatenation ability of the mobile operator. The MULA Media team will be there to provide any required assistance in matching your ad to those limitations.

How long does it take to deliver a text message?
A: Typically text messages are delivered in just seconds to a few minutes. Some short delays may be experienced during peak hours. The short delivery time ensures that you are the first advertiser to reach an arriving tourist, or that your discount coupon for breakfast will not be delivered in the afternoon.

Where is my data stored?
A: Your data is securely stored on our servers, which include the highest levels of system security, redundancy and backup No one else has access to your data except you.

How long does it take to get started?
A: Once you sign up you will receive your username and password. To maintain security and trust within the network, each account is manually approved, so this may take a few minutes to process. Once you receive your login information you may log into your account and start your first campaign.
